Who we are
FluxCrea is a product by GRUOC ENTERPRISE. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our platform.
Data we collect
- Account information: email address, name (via Google authentication)
- Shop data: Etsy shop information and listings (via Etsy API, with your consent)
- Payment data: processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, anonymized analytics via Cloudflare
- Uploaded images: processed temporarily for poster and mockup generation
How we use your data
- To provide and improve our poster creation and mockup services
- To manage your account and subscriptions
- To sync listings with your Etsy shop when you authorize it
- To send you important updates about your account
Etsy API data
- When you connect your Etsy shop, we access your shop information and listings via the official Etsy API with your explicit OAuth consent.
- This data is processed solely to provide FluxCrea services (listing creation, editing, syncing) and is not used for any other purpose.
- We do not sell, lease, share, or transfer your Etsy data to any third party, advertising platform, or analytics service.
- Listing data is refreshed from the API and is never displayed more than 6 hours after the corresponding Etsy data. Other content is refreshed within 24 hours.
- You can revoke FluxCrea's access to your Etsy data at any time from your Etsy account settings or by contacting us.
Third-party services
- Authentication: Google (email, name). Etsy OAuth 2.0 (shop data, with your consent).
- Payments: Stripe. We never store your card details.
- Hosting: Cloudflare. Anonymized performance analytics only.
- These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.
Data retention
- Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
- Uploaded images are processed in memory and not stored permanently on our servers.
- Etsy member data is processed only during active sessions and not retained beyond what is necessary for the service.
- You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
Under GDPR and applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also withdraw consent for Etsy API access at any time. Contact us at contact.fluxcrea@gmail.com for any data-related requests.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Cloudflare may set performance cookies. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
