By using FluxCrea, you agree to these terms. FluxCrea is operated by GRUOC ENTERPRISE. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Service description
FluxCrea is an automated poster creation platform for Etsy sellers. We provide tools for image processing, mockup generation, listing management, and Etsy shop synchronization.
Account and subscription
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- Subscriptions are billed monthly per connected shop
- A free trial of one week is available for new users, no credit card required
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Multi-shop accounts receive a 30% discount on all connected shops
Refund policy
We maintain a no-refund policy, with exceptions only for documented platform malfunction that prevents normal use of the service. If you experience any issues, contact us and we will work with you to resolve them.
Your content
- You retain all rights to images you upload
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use uploaded images
- We do not claim ownership of your content or generated posters
- Uploaded images are processed temporarily and not stored permanently
AI-generated content
- FluxCrea may offer AI image generation features powered by third-party APIs
- AI-generated images are not exclusive and similar outputs may be produced for other users
- You are responsible for the commercial use of AI-generated images, including compliance with marketplace policies such as Etsy's AI disclosure requirements
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from resemblance to existing works
- FluxCrea does not claim ownership of images generated through the platform
Etsy integration
- FluxCrea connects to your Etsy shop through the official Etsy API. All listings are created as drafts — nothing is published without your explicit action.
- The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
- Listing data displayed in FluxCrea is refreshed from the Etsy API and may not be older than 6 hours. Other Etsy content is refreshed within 24 hours.
- We do not sell, lease, or transfer Etsy member data to any third party, advertising platform, or analytics service.
- Etsy member data (shop information, listings) is processed solely to provide the FluxCrea service and is not stored beyond what is necessary for active sessions.
- You may withdraw your Etsy API authorization at any time from your Etsy account settings or by contacting us.
Etsy Creativity Standards
As an Etsy seller, you are responsible for complying with Etsy's Creativity Standards. If you use AI tools (including FluxCrea's AI features) to generate or assist in creating artwork, you must disclose AI involvement in your listings and select the appropriate production method (“Designed by” rather than “Made by”) as required by Etsy's policies. FluxCrea does not automatically set these attributes — it is your responsibility to ensure your listings comply with Etsy's rules.
Limitation of liability
FluxCrea is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from the use of our platform, including but not limited to listing errors, image processing issues, or Etsy API changes.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
